Itinerary
At 9:00am we drive to Corao, 40 minutes northeast of Cusco, where we prepare you for your canyoning adventure. Everyone tests his or her harness, neoprene wetsuit, ropes, and carabiners, while the guide explains our intended trip down before beginning the descents.
The rappels are as long as 10, 20, and 30 metres at a time. We reach the bottom after about 5 hours and exit via the river.… hence the wetsuits. We have lunch before returning to Cusco.
